A very nice recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn then requested a phone interview. During the phone a few questions were asked (overall was just trying to get to know me). Then asked what locations or store floors I would like to work in. At the end of the call the recruiter asked that I email my resume and and cover letter. After this I did not receive a response, neither to offer nor say hey we've moved forward with someone else. Overall the experience was positive.
First you do an interview with a recruiter and then you do a virtual interview or an in person interview with the sales manager. First one is typically a phone screen and the second one is more of a star formatted interview.

Interview process was very simple, which only required 2 steps. You speak with the recruiter and then in person with the hiring managers. Within the next 2-3 days you will find out if you got hired.
