Spoke with recruiter. She was 20 minutes late for our scheduled call. Very generic process, explained my background, she explained the role, expectations, etc. Recruiter seemed very interested as was I after learning more. She suggested that I go test drive a car so that I could report my experience to the hiring managers and better understand their offer. Stated she would get back to me in the next week to schedule next steps. After I had sent a thank you, I followed up the following week via email and had no answer. Followed up again via phone and recruiter apologized that there hadn't been a follow up on her part and she would do so via email same day. Never heard a thing. Very disappointing.

Bref, c'était très long avec beaucoup de temps mort entre 2 entretiens.

Einer der Beteiligten Kam eine Halbe Stunde zu spät und der Personaler schlief während des Interviews am Tisch ein.
Sehr unmotiviert und unbeteiligt. Der Nicht-Personaler hatte Probleme meinen Fragen zum Schluss zu folgen.
Haben mir den Job nicht verkauft sondern von den schlimmen Stunden erzählt: Von Montag bis Samstag bis ca. 22 Uhr! (alles klar)

Had to spend a day in head office watching presentation from Tesla team, also had to prepare my own presentation and present to 2 people from head office, which I passed then spent a full day in a store with no communication on how long I was expected to work or breaks after 8hrs I left as I was already working full time else where. No one in the team looked happy very sad place to work. And no team work
