The process was really very messy and unclear. I felt like they didn't really know what they were doing nor know what kind of candidate they were looking for. They weren't good with giving feedback either.

First you do an interview with a recruiter and then you do a virtual interview or an in person interview with the sales manager. First one is typically a phone screen and the second one is more of a star formatted interview.

Interview process was very simple, which only required 2 steps. You speak with the recruiter and then in person with the hiring managers. Within the next 2-3 days you will find out if you got hired.
