1-1 phone call with a hiring manager. Process is very slow and a recruiter was not very responsive. I followed up 3+ times until they finally responded and extended an offer.

Pretty fast process. During the first HR interview you know, in the end of the interview, if you are approved or not for the next steps.
Then , one week after my final interview with area manager I got the offer.

Questions are standard ones such as, go through your resume, tell me about a time when you failed or succeed bla bla bla.
Interview with area manager depends in which are you are interviewing, can be specific questions about engineering background, HR and etc. The question the I got in my 4 interviews was : Why Tesla, and why you think you are a good fit for the company? "
