The most unprofessional HR I have ever seen. Let me tell you why:
May 26: A Tesla recruiter reached me out for the position on LinkedIn by himself, I did not even apply for the position. Saying that my background is highly suited for the position and he wants to tell me more about the role. I responded within a few hours and said that I am interested.
May 28: He asked whether I would be open for a chat and I said yes, please make an appointment suggestion and we set the time.
June 16: Nothing happened until then (19 days), where I finally asked what the current status is and asked, when he has time. He said next Monday (June 21) he has time. I directly accepted it. He did not respond anymore.
June 21: The day, when we were supposed to have the appointment. He still did not answer and I asked again, whether he has time. No answer.
June 23: He apologized after 2 days of silence after the supposed appointment day and asked whether Thursday works for me. He even suggested two time frames on Thursday. I picked one of the time frames and asked him to send me a confirmation about the meeting. Then he responded and asked for my email address. I send it to him. And again since then, nothing happened

This is the most unprofessional experience I ever had to face from an HR. See above for the reason why. I am sure this does not match the standards of Tesla, but the way the HR person behaved was really a disaster. I am not posting his name, but if Tesla contacts me, I would be glad to share his name and the whole conversation. So sad that people like this decide on the jobs of technical experts...

One phone call. I think that my recruiter need to learn more about his job. He spoke with me rudely when he gave me feedback. I did't appreciate it so send him a message that I am no longer interested in the position.
