Initial phone screening with recruiter, basic questions, then ghosting my emails for 2-3 weeks, then asking more time and another week with an automated negative letter. No feedback at all.
Web meeting with HR mananger -> Self introduction -> Resume review together -> Explain previous experience and role -> Explain job description and expeted role -> Q/A regarding skill, general items, compensation, evaluation method, notice period, etc. -> next procedure and expected answering time
