Interview was very straightforward. Asks about times you have worked with a team, whether or not you faced problems and how you overcame them. Also asks about your knowledge on batteries. Lithium-Ion vs Magnesium, etc. Different conditions, different constructions, and basic battery related knowledge. They aren't looking for the right answers, just how you think.

Fast interview process. quick 30min interview with hiring manager and engineer. very nice and nothing odd. Ask only technical questions and no behavioral questions. I heard from full-time employees that their interview process was much more involved.
