Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tesla
Colloquio
First phone interview, and then got invited for an on site. The whole process was unprofessional.
The questions were all really simple. But one interviewer was chewing gum the whole time and clearly did not have much understanding about the area I was asked. And the hiring manager had no idea who I was and did not bother to read my resume, huh, I guess it was understandable since he looked really tired. But he then went on and on about his management style... Uh, no, thank you. The other people were really nice though.
Clearly I was not a good fit, probably that's why the recruiter didn't even send out a courtesy email, even though I just spent a lot of time there.

Domanda 1
people at tesla get burnt out easily, how can you make sure you don't?
HR call, hiring manager call, panel interview (multiple 30min back-to-back) with people you will be working with. Most of the questions are behavioral questions and walk through some of the projects in the past

Colloquio
It was a multiple round process and each interview was for one department. It was a mix of technical and behavioral. They are trying to see where will you be the best fit and where will you be able to grow.
They try to figure out how you think. Some technical testing with regard to basic coding skills, Excel, etc. They will ask you some technical questions based off your resume.
