4 rounds of interview 1) initial phone with the recruiter for the role 2) paper implementation project to be completed in 48 hours 3) discussion of the project with the hiring manager or team lead 4) onsite consisting of 5-6 back to back hour long interviews with various members of the team, mix of technical discussions and coding challenges
