First a call with HR was scheduled and the CV was discussed. After this, an online test had to be taken. It was not very difficult. I didn't get shortlisted.

The interview process was straightforward: 1) Recruiter sends a set of questions, if the hiring manager thinks you answered in accordance, the recruiter calls you up, 2) Round with an engineer on the team (CoderPad towards the end), 3) Hiring manager, 4) In-person interview

Questions on RTOS, scheduling etc - basic stuff. Application-based coderpad question related to something in the JD
after interview , there is no feedback. even after sending email to the organizer, there is no reply. as if the email went to no where. it is perfectly OK to reject applicant. but without any information, seems not a right thing to do.
