Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tesla nel mese di set 2015
Colloquio
Applied online and got a phone call about 9 days later. Had a 20min phone interview with the senior recruiter who wanted me to have a face to face interview with a store manager the following week. That interview went great, and was told that I was to hear from the senior recruiter the next week.
Didn't hear anything until I called him 2 weeks later and I was told that he was about to call me to tell that I had made a great impression and that I was almost guaranteed the job, and that he was to call me the next day. Didn't hear anything from him until I again called him 3 weeks later. He said he was just about to call me and tell me that it stood between me and one other guy, and that the other guy got the job because of his experience from the car industry. Well, a friend of mine knows this guy, and he doesn't have any experience from the car industry...
Not bitter that I didn't get that job, cause a got offered a position as a service advisor later (different hiring process), but I find it highly unprofessional being lied to, and almost promised the job during the process.

Lot of different questions. Past experience. What would you do in different scenarios etc....
It was casual and informal. I found that the managers were not very focused and seemed to lack professionalism. I'd recommend asking them more questions about the position and what it can offer you. There will be alot of sales force

Are you willing to work beyond normal businesses hours.

The interview process was straight forward, but they were unresponsive following. I did follow up, but the recruiter did not make any effort to return my reach outs. I was kind of confused as i thought this was a pretty prompt high standard company.

They asked very open ended questions, pretty generic for band knowledge.
The group interview will do a lot of role-play and will ask to sell me something. They also ask open questions, like, Can you tell me about your sales experience? How do you approach generating new leads and closing deals? How do you handle rejection and what motivates you to exceed sales targets? Also, question about Tesla products.
