I knew I wasn't going to get an offer when the facilities manager said that he "talks to xxxxx all the time" which would be my old boss who was fired and escorted off site from Tesla, as well as terminated me at a different company. Waste of my time when I didn't have a chance from the gate.

The interviewer was very confident but sometimes wrong! It makes no sense for him to be the one judging the next candidates. I quickly lost hope in their system and decided not to continue if that reflects the team.
