Second round is really WEIRD, containing 3x 30min back-to-back. The fist is like a management consulting case interview, then with is a excel modeling task. The third one is REALLY strange. A guy showed up 5mins late, saying that he is the team lead, and asked a bunch of BQ, with his camera going on and off and shaking. He apparently didn't look at my resume and wasn't even listening to my answers, and then he said he has something else to do and end the conversation quickly.
