Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Tesla (Singapore)
Colloquio
I applied through Tesla’s official website after seeing a job posting. I was invited to an in-person interview the very next day. The session included multiple candidates and began with a brief technical test to assess our basic understanding of key concepts. This was followed by a group use-case discussion, where we worked together on a scenario related to the sales process (not directly selling a car, but more about how we think and collaborate).
The position was within the sales department, and although I found the experience engaging and well-organized, I wasn’t selected. Most of the other candidates had prior experience in automotive sales, which made them a stronger fit for the role. Overall, the process was fast, competitive, and clearly aimed at identifying candidates with relevant industry experience.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
They asked several questions related to my understanding of Tesla as a company — including its mission, history, and product lineup. One of the key questions was about the different Tesla models and how well I understood the technical aspects, such as how and where the cars are charged. They also asked if I had any prior experience working in a similar industry or company, particularly in automotive or tech-related sales.
The Tesla interview process typically involves a phone screen, one or more onsite interviews, and possibly a final panel interview with the executive team. For technical roles, expect coding exercises, technical challenges, and discussions about algorithms and data structures. The process is often rigorous and can take anywhere from a week to a month or more
Dopo essere stato contatto via mail, ho effettuato il primo colloquio con HR telefonico, secondo colloqui via Teams con futuri responsabili. Tutto in inglese, in quanto la posizione richiedeva di coprire un area estera
