Pretty straightforward, to the point, no wasted time. They want to know you're a good person to work with and also a bit of your thought processes. Reasoning outloud is a good strategy and be open to change. If you have many rounds with different people be sure to study the interview after the fact.

The process was smooth. The interview is up to six online sessions before a face to face interview is arranged. Half of the sessions are purely technical. The hiring process evaluates your skill thoroughly.

Interview went on for 2 hours over the phone. It was supposed to be a quick screening, but somehow there were a lot of questions about the basic electronic components - capacitor, bleeder resistors, etc. Also answered several questions about li-on batteries. The interview went on for a long time like that.
