This is followed by a recruiter phone screen, one or more technical interviews (coding, engineering, or case-based), and sometimes a final team interview. It was a simple and smooth process. There were 3 rounds of interviews with HR and the hiring team and team members. All the interviews were either 30 seconds or 1 hour depending on the level of the person taking the interview.
