I was called quickly after applying to come interview. They all you too complete a personality survey and submit your resume. Your bright in for a group interview and take turns answering questions. The owner, lab manager, and another person run the interview.

Group interview setting. Do a personality style test, then standard job application, followed by sit down group interview and finally a “Science Test” to test standard knowledge. I firmly believe if you are overqualified, they won’t have an offer even if you have a degree. They want cheap affordable labor. There is no HR staff which is mind boggling, they had two people conducting the interview and both weren’t really qualified in my opinion to conduct. This was easy to spot because I had 6-8 questions that really put them on the spot and made them think, admitting they’ve never been asked that before. Pay starts at $10.75/hr, 40-50hrs/week so there is overtime pay. However I also got the impression that there is high turnover because of the low pay and because some days will be 10-12+ hour shifts. Was told there would be a follow up in a few days, that never happened. Lack of HR staff very likely the reason why. A blessing in disguise.
