Had a phone conversation with an employee in Feb 2014 who said I was their guy for a CMS RFP. As of July 2014 they still haven't heard anything I guess. They never called nor emailed me. Very tacky.

No real questions, they just wanted to see if I could do the job. However, they were not willing to write a "contingent offer letter". Hummm..
