I applied online via LinkedIn and got a call for screening interview. After two three days I was assigned a task which I had to do within one week. I completed test and sent back solution after that I got a technical interview call via skype where I explained my code by sharing screen. Techincal interview was one hour long and testers seemed to have already made up their mind about status of my applications because they were not listening properly what I was explaining. Whole process was smooth with few hitches like I got emails in trash and my they were unable to contact my cell phone.
