First round was a machine test. Second round was Technical assessment, third was with the CTO and fourth with the UI lead designer. CTO was not at all interested in taking the interview. He was busy on his phone all the time. After giving 4 rounds of interviews they rejected me because they thought I was quiet and only answered questions that were asked. I didn't know being an extrovert was the job requirement. As well the UI lead was adamant that they need someone who can work for 14hrs a day or may be more which I wasn't comfortable. The office is very crowded and loud.
