At first, you need to pass test assignment via Zoom session, which was kind of easy if you're really suitable for the job. Then, you get to the interview, which is not hard either. HR specialist was very friendly and easy-going, but it felt like they didn't really know what they were talking about and not everything was clear right from the start. It's better to ask a lot of questions if you don't understand something or they're just going to slide past through it.

Firstly, they send you a 20-minute test to check your English. The problem with this test is that it is held on their online platform, which has crashed twice. Of course, you'll waste your time reconnecting to their platform.
Secondly, they check your attention to details in Excel Spreadsheet where you have to compare different numbers in a strict deadline.

The interview process started with an email from the company, inquiring about the games played and their preferred shift. This was followed by a phone call in which the company confirmed the details provided in the email. The final stage of the process involved a practical test where the candidate plays a game and report any bugs they encountered, evaluating their ability to identify and document issues effectively.
