Very unprofessional, first interview with upper management was excellent but they reached out to schedule a second interview and then ghosted me. Reached out to someone I knew at the company who asked the interviewer about it and they said they went with somebody else and did not have the decency to let other applicants know because he did not think it was important.

They sent me a long personality test which took 45 minutes to complete. Also, send me a interview asking me for more detail on video of a question. Then early Monday morning declined the job. To me, it felt very unprofessional that I never spoke to anyone, and was all handled virtual.
