4 rounds of interview, 1st telephonic, 2nd , 3rd & 4th face to face . I was called in an interval of 40 to 45 days of each round. Finally after 7 months asked for salary slips n after that again one telephonic round.Then No news.Felt like cheated in the process.

4th - Man management, Negotiation skills, Deligation with third party or customer.
Finally all went in vein..
