The interiew process was divided in two different step: first, was an assestment. It was really interesting and stimulating. Everyone was really polite with us, they gave us the lunch, and the possibility to see the factory. Second, was an individual interview. It was more techincal and hard, because there was the coordinator of the office, but also in this occasion, evevryone was polite and friendly.

It took around month between various departments, and they shared their final decision in a week. They didn't choose me becaus I needed more experience even though it was an internship, which I explicity shared I wanted to pursuit due to my collegue graduation it was required.

As I was overseas at the time of interview, I was given a phone call interview instead. Asked me relevant technical questions regarding beverage processing. Overall friendly and inviting vibes without intimidation.
