The interview took 2 hrs. The first hour was with the HR, he started with a 2 written questions 1) challenging experience 2) experience with internal or external, given 15 mins to complete. The HR asked questions to see if we really want this job. The second part was with 2 managers, they focus on team work experience. And again if we really want this position.

They had one round of telephonic interview and second round for review of a business case. It was very interactive and they wanted to know if you are really interested for this position. They will ask you about your previous experience and responsibility. They will try to check if you are a perfect fit for this position and then only hire you
