I interviewed many years ago before a small company was bought by Tetra Tech; however, I was the interviewer for many employees that I hired for the company.

I did not try to fire "difficult questions" at interviewees; rather, I always attempted to engage the in a normal conversation to see what kind of person they were and how they would fit in with the workforce.
Introduce yourself, describe the past work experience, your job duties, what projects you did, how you finished different kinds of projects, what skills you have, your past education in university
Everything was coordinated through a recruiter who was great. Multiple 30 minute interviews with different team members. They were very transparent about what they were looking for, their timeline, and other candidates.

Long and drawn out interview process which was not clear or communicative to the interviewee. Ultimately I had to accept another offer because it wasn’t clear when I would hear back.
