It was simple and quick, the position was discussed they asked me what I wanted out of the job, I told them what I wanted in the position, they nodded, saying yes that it would likely happen. All my objectives have not happened.

Where do you see yourself within the company in 3 years?
Everything was coordinated through a recruiter who was great. Multiple 30 minute interviews with different team members. They were very transparent about what they were looking for, their timeline, and other candidates.
