There was an HR screen phone call and then a panel interview with two people. I found HR open to having an ongoing conversation even after I didn't get the job.

Rushed interview, no information ahead of time. Wasted informed of decision till weeks afterwards despite following up with recruiter multiple times. Broad questions that had little or nothing to do with position in question.
