Interview process included three 30-minute interviews: first with HR, then with two pairs of team members. Everyone was friendly, competent, and the questions were straightforward. It was positive throughout, and a senior team member even said, “Well, we definitely want you,” at the end of the final interview.
Despite that, I heard nothing for 2.5 weeks and then received an automated rejection email with no explanation. The process started strong but ended on a disappointing and unprofessional note.
