Interview was what you would expect from a pharma company these days. Questions comprised of basic questions you'd have in any interview (strengths, weaknesses, why you want the job, what do you know about us, etc.), but the majority of the questions were situational or behavioral questions. Don't expect to be asked any google-style questions-the behavioral questions were also run of the mill. Had a normal 3 rounds of interviews: HR screen, one on one with the Hiring Manager, and then on-site with multiple people, in my case there were 5 interviews during the on-site.
