Applied online on a Friday. Received a phone call on Monday to schedule a phone interview. A face to face interview was scheduled for the next week. Interview sceduled for a three hour block of time and takes all of it!. First hour was an interview with the three division managers of the call nurse center. Second hour was the hiring managers boss. Third hour was HR again. Long!!!!

A behavioral interview booklet was used by all interviewers. Some questions were repeated by all three. Exp. Tell me about a tie you were instrumental in soloving a problem in the workplace. Also, What kind of manager do you like?
