The questions are typical structured interview questions taken form a bank: "tell me a time when..." "how would you respond if..." "you have competing interest with deadlines how would you get it all done" etc. There is some chit chat and a review of your CV. They are looking for STAR answers: specific situation, task, action, and results. Each person scores there own questionnaire, but they are not professional interviewers, so they are really going to judge you on if they LIKE you or not.
