Submitted resume directly via referral and also applied online. 2w later received an email asking for my availability for F2F interview. Interview scheduled for 3w after that. Met with HR, hiring manager and 2 other team members. Each interview was about 30 minutes long but there was confusion with the location of the interviews and so each interview started 5-10 minutes late and felt a bit rushed because of that. Overall, the technical questions were simple and few and I felt like the interview was more focused on how I would fit in with the company and the people as opposed to my experience and skills. Each interviewer gave me their perspective, likes and dislikes on working at Teva, which was helpful in helping me determine whether or not I would enjoy the position. I felt the interviews went very well and I also received a nice response to my thank-you note from one of the interviewers which was a pleasant surprise. Still waiting to hear back from HR.
