Pleasant communication with HR, long, horrible 'psychometric' test, where they basically ask you 50 times whether you would steal from the company, if you've ever stolen anything in your life, and what you would do if you saw someone stealing. Huge red flag indicating a toxic culture, and a pathological lack of trust toward their employees

Why I did not complete the psychometric test. I told them candidly that it was an inappropriate way to conduct personnel selections. They were still interested in me despite my refusal to complete the test. I declined further interviews.
