The hiring process was straight forward, I spoke with the hiring manager for 40 min, then spoke with a senior manager, then a director for about 20 minutes each. The questions were not tricky but just to verify if I met the basic qualifications. Everyone was friendly and there were no intimidation tactics.

After the initial interview phone screen, I was invited to a onsite interview. The onsite interview was done with the supervisor and lead analyst of the team. The questions were heavily structured based on the experience in the resume. I was also asked about potential methods of testing that I may be asked to perform and how my previous experience may play in the current role.
