I went through roughly three rounds of interviews plus a take-home assignment. After completing all stages, I was told a final decision would arrive “next week,” but that deadline kept sliding. I followed up twice, and each time I was asked to wait a little longer, with the assurance that I would receive feedback regardless of the outcome. In the end the company stopped replying altogether and never shared any decision or feedback. This experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time and effort. I would not recommend investing your energy in companies that cannot be bothered to communicate after you have completed every interview step.
