Submitted my resume through Indeed. Pretty turn-key... I liked how I got to use my LinkedIn profile to apply. I liked the questions they asked in the application- way better than other companies I've applied to where you have to basically enter your whole life story... Or worse- you have to go back and correct all the mistakes their internal engine made while trying to pull the right info out of your resume.

Had an initial phone screening, a writing prompt and 2 30 minute interviews with relevant personnel. All were done virtually. Samaiyah, the internal recruiter, guided me through the process and ensured that everything went smoothly. She facilitated open communication so there were no hiccups.

Interviews are two rounds. They focus more on soft skills, as they are harder to teach than technical skills. Interviews were fast and the process took about 3 weeks. I was very satisfied with How it works

Phone Screen after Recruiter reached out through email. Recruiter did not read my resume or cover letter, and proceeded to ask redundant questions, the answers to which could have easily been concluded from having read over the resume or cover letter.
