Troubleshoot and identify system problems associated with ACSI VP4300, FSI 6300, Mega/Kinetics Slurry pumps and maintain adequate back-up pump inventory. Pull and prepare chemical samples for SPC, and monitor data from Mega Trend Auto Titration, Metrology systems, and PMS Facility Net for online Liquilaz and Liquipure particle counting systems, and document / report any out of specification activity. Perform Analytical for Slurry Batch concentrations on Mettler Titration, and perform and close preventative maintenance work orders, permits, and pass-down activities via MP2 Data-stream software.
