Interview was through zoom which was fine for me. There were some connection issues on their end in the first 10 mins that made the interview last longer. None of the questions asked were regarding the work I did as a prior child support officer in another state. Everything was generic and basic. Not sure why I wasn’t selected as enjoyed my career as a child support officer prior to moving and did very well because I’m passionate about the mission.

Interviewed by 3 people (manager, supervisor, and managing attorney). Each person has a list of about 3-4 questions off a piece of paper that they read off, while you're answering they write down your response. The questions are generic.
