Very strange interview. Two very nice interviewers, but they had a policy where I couldn’t ask for clarity on questions or for something to be explained before I answered. They could only repeat the entirety of the question (which usually contained about 3 questions inside one), they wouldn’t even repeat a part of the question. Was asked 5 questions about federal and state permits and couldn’t look at any notes. There was also a written portion; I was given 30 minutes to answer a prompt about soil mine permitting.

I was on a Teams Zoom Call with 2 interviewers. One was asking the questions and the other was silent, only writing down answers. There were about 10 questions in total.
