Colloquio
1) Phone interview with HR - basic, personality test given
2). 2nd interview with Director of Department - easy flow, ask about your experience, discuss the position
3). Interviewed with 2 current employees - it was more of a personality testing.
4) Took a while 3 weeks before I received an offer for the position
