You will meet with HR rep who describe the company and its mission, then will meet with a supervisor who describes the job and what that it entails. They will also ask yu about your background, if you have any experience in healthcare or not, what are your goals for the future, ete, ete.

Very unprofessional. I was interviewed by someone who admitted to never having interviewed someone before. She simply had a checklist of questions that I think she printed out from online and that had little to nothing to do with the responsibilities of the job at hand. They didn't return calls when they said they would or keep their word about notifying me in a timely manner...postponing the decision for nearly two weeks past the original deadline. No excuses, no apologies, just me having to continue to call back in to find out what was happening.
