The interview was conducted via the team app on a one to one virtual meeting with the department manager after a scheduled appointment set up by the talent acquisition recruiter. The recruiter sent me the a link of the virtual meeting along with preselected time and day agreed during our initial phone call.

I interviewed with the nursing manager and supervisor about three days after applying. They started by introducing the organization, and I followed up with my introduction. They took a turn asking behavior situation questions, about eight questions, if I remember right. They were nice, but the hiring process took a while.
