Managers were nice, and I felt comfortable. They asked common behavioral questions about how you handle conflict, what’s care means to you , previous mistakes and what outcomes from it.
Applied online on their website and then was emailed a request to interview within a few weeks. I then was contacted by the recruiter the same day as interview and offered the job.

The interview had a lot of situational based questions, phrased as "tell me about a time when...". The questions weren't too hard, be prepared with stories from clinical or work experiences.
