Had a phone call with a recruiter and another interview with a hiring manager the following day. He invited me to an on site interview which took place 3 days later.

How does XRD, XRR work (was on my resume)
Normal MOSFET questions. Short channel effect?
It was a telephone interview by the manager followed by onsite interview with the team. The interview was engaging . Questions were based mainly on why this role. what kind of skills you have.

Work done in past from my research and internship. It was a mix of technical and non-technical round. There were 3 technical and 1 HR based round. It asked questions from semiconductor process basic. Transistor logic, how doping parameter affect conductivity in what manner.
