The process was simple. Usually a third party calls you for a written test, when you clear that
you are invited for an interview, they are 2-3 technical interview and then a HR interview

1st written round consisting of 2 parts-aptitude & technical.....
aptitude was quite,no need to prepare for that...
analog part was bit conceptual..mostly questions based on RC,RL transients...capacitor charge sharing,frequency response of filters,diode & zener applications
i qualified for 2 rounds of interview..1st round was easy answered almost 80% of questions..
2nd round was analog genius round...they would mostly puzzle you on opamp circuits & waveform sketching given some circuit configuration...
i wasn't able to clear that round
