TI has a fixed procedure for the job as well as for internship.
Round 1: Online test
It consists of 20 aptitude question in 20 min (which are bit easy if you are preparing for CAT) and 20 technical questions in 30 min.
Aptitude question can be done by a little practice. They generally ask on logical reasoning and quant.

Online Assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews. Online Assessment consisted of 3 parts - Analog, Digital and Aptitude. Analog part mostly consisted of questions from RC circuits, Opamps, MOS Circuits, Oscillators.

Where they asked mostly about rc circuits. Op amp basics and mosfet questions.
The interview almost happened for 1 hour and it is a good experience

Keep your basics clear and intuition well prepared. Knowledge in RC and small signal is must. Himangshu Agarwal and Chembiyan T must and basics of opamp etc. Input and output impedance calculations etc.
