Was tough. I wish they would have been more forward with their questions or expectations. Went back a second time and the guy got really upset with me. Will not be applying again

What was a time you were challenged and how did you deal with it
Met recruiter at university career fair. Asked me a prescreening question ("what excites you"). Invited to interview that week. First interview was a 30-minute video interview. Asked standard behavioural questions. Invited a few days after to a second-round phone screen with two managers. This lasted 45 minutes; a more in-depth look at the resume and career goals. This interview was more difficult for me. Interviewers were generally friendly.

Mostly behavioral questions. Second round had tougher ones. Also asked why I wanted to work in a manufacturing setting despite only having research lab experience.
