The atmosphere was not tense at all. The HR really asked a quite a lot of personal questions. She had a lot of follow up questions on whatever answer you give. The interview didn't went that long. The questions were pretty standard.
The difficult part of the process was the exam.

It was quite okay with all the panels being very friendly. I was asked to prepare a slide presentation whereas the topics were already given, so preparing the slides was not too much of a burden. The interview after the presentation was basically based on what was in the slides and statements from my resume.
