decent panel, they were supportive with great in-depth knowledge of the procedure. They were direct in there approach, but were unclear on how they are going to use the employee.
They were unable to answer/clarify my role once i join.

The technical staff called and explained about the posted position. Then he asked about my experience related to the position. It takes about one hour (30min for introducing the posted job and 30min for explaining my experience) Then, the manager called me and ask similar questions.
